Epsolon Inc.

Smart technology.
Real solutions.

Epsolon builds the operational software small and mid-sized businesses actually run on — forecasting, marketplace intelligence, invoice verification, supplier portals, and the integrations that hold them together.

Built, then proven

Every product here runs in production in a working business before it is sold to anyone else.

Your data, your stack

Open technologies you can take elsewhere. No proprietary lock-in, no tax on your own data.

Small enough to answer

You talk to the people who write the code. There is no account layer in between.

The problem we keep finding

Most small businesses don't have a data problem. They have a seams problem.

The storefront knows what sold. The warehouse system knows what is on the shelf. The shipper knows what left. Accounting knows what it cost. Each one holds part of the truth, none of them holds all of it, and the gap gets covered by somebody exporting a spreadsheet on a Friday.

That is where the expensive mistakes live — the reorder that ignores stock already on the water, the invoice line billed at last year's price, the listing that has been suppressed for a week before anyone noticed.

We build the seams, and the software that sits on top of them.

What we build

Six things we have built, shipped and run — not a menu of what we could try.

Demand Forecasting & Reordering

Know what to buy, and when, without guessing.

Sales history from your inventory system becomes a per-SKU demand forecast, a coverage position and a ranked reorder queue. It accounts for what is already on the water, what is committed, and what has genuinely been received — the distinction most reorder reports quietly get wrong.

  • Per-SKU velocity, cover and stockout risk
  • Reorder queue ranked by what actually runs out first
  • Open-PO awareness so stock on order is never double-counted

Marketplace Intelligence

See what your marketplace listings are actually doing.

Listing quality, search-term performance, advertising waste and account health, pulled from the marketplace APIs and put in one place. Built to answer the question a report usually dodges: which specific listing, and what specifically to change.

  • Listing completeness and content gap analysis
  • Search-term and conversion benchmarking
  • Advertising waste candidates with the evidence attached

Invoice & PO Verification

Catch the wrong price before you pay it.

Every supplier invoice line is checked against your catalogue cost and your open purchase orders. The extractor is format-agnostic: it finds columns by arithmetic rather than by template, and proves each run against the invoice's own printed total, so a new supplier layout does not need new code.

  • Line-level cost and quantity variance against open POs
  • Works on any layout — no per-supplier templates to maintain
  • Every run reconciled to the invoice's own total

Supplier & Partner Portals

Stop emailing spreadsheets to your suppliers.

A branded portal where your suppliers sign in to see their own purchase orders, confirm shipments and pull documents — scoped so each partner sees only their own data, and nothing else.

  • Per-supplier access, strictly scoped at the database level
  • Live PO status and document downloads
  • Shipment confirmation without a phone call

AI Search & Assistants

Answers grounded in your catalogue, not invented.

Semantic search and conversational assistants that answer from your real product data, order history and documentation. Grounded by design: if the system does not know, it says so rather than producing a confident guess.

  • Semantic product search that understands intent
  • Assistants grounded in your own catalogue and policies
  • Runs against your data, on infrastructure you control

Integrations & Operations Dashboards

One view across systems that were never meant to talk.

Most small businesses do not have a data problem, they have a seams problem: the storefront, the warehouse system, the shipper and the accounting package each hold part of the truth. We build the seams, and the dashboards that sit on top of them.

  • Storefront, marketplace, WMS, shipping and accounting connectors
  • Reconciled reporting across channels
  • Scheduled syncs with failure alerting, not silent drift

Services

Product work, and the engineering around it.

Not every problem needs a product. Sometimes it needs two systems introduced to each other, or a second opinion before a six-figure software decision.

  • Custom application development

Web applications built for how your business actually runs, on a modern stack you are free to take elsewhere. No proprietary lock-in and no per-seat tax on your own data.

  • Systems integration

Connecting the platforms you already pay for so data moves once, correctly, and failures surface loudly instead of drifting quietly out of sync.

  • Data engineering & reporting

Pipelines, warehouses and reporting you can trust — including the unglamorous part, which is proving the numbers reconcile to source.

  • Cloud & deployment

Hosting, CI/CD, monitoring and backups set up so a deploy is boring and an outage is noticed by a system rather than by a customer.

  • Fractional IT leadership

For companies too small for a CTO and too dependent on software to keep guessing. Architecture review, vendor selection, and a plan you can actually staff.

Built on

Boring, open technology — chosen so you can leave.

  • Next.js
  • Node.js
  • Python
  • PostgreSQL
  • Supabase
  • Vercel

  • eBay API
